At 390 Prime we feature a scratch kitchen and we source local farms to provide fresh produce, meats and fish on a daily basis. Our experienced Chefs have been preparing gourmet quality dining experiences for over 20 years in the Tri-State area at both 5-Star hotels and highly rated restaurants.
Farm to table concept supported by local fresh produce, meats, and seafood hand selected by our Chef. We use only fresh ingredients and prepare all from scratch.
